Cyberscout program continues in the current school year

During the current school year the team of Youth Center Plovdiv continues to work successfully with the National Center of Safety online under the program "Cyberscout". The Children's educational program uses the "peer-to-peer learning" method to effectively promote the main risks in Internet and the relevant ways to deal with them. For this purpose, students from 5th grade undergo two-day training for safety  online and pass on the  learned knowledge to their peers. In parallel, training is also being held for teachers to assist children in their further activities, related to the national competition between trained cyberscouts throughout the country. The mission of the program is to create a community of children and youth cyberscouts to demonstrate responsible and safe behavior on Internet and to promote it among their peers.
