On December 5 - International Volunteer Day - the online event "Youth (good) creativity" was held. The educational team of OP "Youth Center Plovdiv" introduced the participants to the topic and told them about the history of the celebration of this holiday. Then each of the young people had the opportunity to share what he thought it was to be a volunteer.
The second part of the event was under the sign of the topic of student self-government as an example of good (creativity). Representatives of student councils in Plovdiv presented several initiatives of these organizations, which affirm not only charity as a good and useful work for society, but also youth civic participation as a prerequisite for building personality.
The event is implemented as part of the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups", funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
