The fourth session of the group "Creative Studio for Personal Development" took the participants beyond consciousness and reality, asking the question "How to deal with stress, tension and anxiety in our daily lives?". To answer this question, the young people touched to another of the creative methods of art therapy, in which they expressed what themes, feelings and colors appear before them against the background of natural sounds and phenomena.
They release themselves from their consciousness and indulged to spontaneity, leaving their hand alone to outline, draw and express. In addition, they made their own doll to take on the accumulated worries and anxieties that appeared on the white sheet. The techniques shown enabled everyone to observe themselves and reach the deepest corners of their inner self.
The activity is implemented as part of the project "Youth Centre Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups".
