In the last 2 days we were visited by our colleagues from the newly formed team of the International Youth Center - Pernik.
In several informal activities, we met and discussed the many opportunities of youth work, as well as some of the challenges we face. The more experienced of the two teams shared their good practices, and those of us who are taking our first steps in youth work, filled us with enthusiasm and fresh ideas.
While "looking for treasure" in the building of the center and rowing base, our colleagues from Pernik on the one hand got acquainted with our activities and initiatives of young people we work with, and on the other - visited the facilities and halls we have, the sports complex and the Olympic Walk of Fame.
The exchange of experience took place within the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups", funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
