The minister of education and science prof. Aneliya Klisarova handed the deputy-mayor of “Sports, youth and social policy” Georgi Tityukov a contract for establishing a youth centre in the city. The project, won by the municipality, is worth 2 243 320.31 BGN and is funded by the programme "Children and youth at risk", Component 1 – Care for Youth at Risk, through the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009 - 2014
