A youth therapeutic space opens its doors with an invitation to
"Meeting with yourself - meeting with the other" - Meeting with group therapy,
On October 8th, everyone who would like to understand how a therapeutic space works and what they can get from it is invited. Everyone will have the opportunity to ask their questions about the group therapy process and experience practical group activities.
The invitation is addressed to all those who ask themselves questions such as:
How do I contact myself? How do I take care of myself and my mental health? How to improve the relationship with others? How do I enroll and where do I want to enroll? How can I take my communication to a new level? How can I get to know my potential better and activate my resources?
What does a therapeutic space look like? What is group therapy? Can I share and get support about the topics that concern me?
