ABC's of presentation

Do you often make presentations? To use the usual program, to speak in front of an audience ...? Yes, unfortunately sometimes the process is quite tedious and boring, no matter how great our ideas are ... In our opinion, the presentation is much more than a transfer of information. This is a process of creating content. In fact, every day we make a presentation - tell stories to relatives and friends, describe our crazy ideas, participate in a job interview… If you want to learn how to influence people, how to use your voice, how to present (sometimes boring) information in a creative and interactive way - then this training is for you!

Together we will go through the whole process of creating different types of presentations: We start with "A": "Ah, where do I start ?!" - preliminary preparation of any kind of presentation, through "B": "Bray, it's not that hard!" - creating a presentation, next to "B": "I'm ready to present" - the presentation to the audience

We will work with several programs for multimedia content - for processing and creating images, videos, presentations - more classic and innovative, and last but not least we will work with our own voices. When do we start? On February 10 from 18:00 on the Zoom platform. How will the classes be conducted? Every Thursday from 18:00 on the Zoom platform.

Who can join? The event is designed for young people aged 15 to 29. How to join the event? Your participation is completely free! All you have to do is fill in the following registration form: https://rb.gy/8ryto4

Briefly for the trainers Alexander Petrov, Kalina Damyanova - youth workers and Katya Krivcheva - mediator.

Alexander has many years of experience in radio, television and public appearances. He has his own YouTube channel (Alexander Skald), where he shares educational videos, the Bulgarian nature show "Quail Daily" and the ecological "Quail Podcast". His desire is to help people be more confident in using their voice and speaking in front of people through exercise and practice.

One of Kalina's favorite pastimes is storytelling - short, long, funny, real, fictional - all kinds. Whatever task she is given, she always finds a solution by presenting an event. That's why he is always looking for different tools to make each picture of the story visible and colorful. Some of them she will show you during the training.

Katya likes to make all kinds of presentations - on a computer, on cardboard or just in words. She often challenges herself by investing something new and creative in everything she does, so she is motivated to combine her favorite presentation with non-formal education methods.

The activity is implemented as part of the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups", funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014 - 2021.
