1. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To facilitate and support young people in their growth by promoting their personal and social development and providing an opportunity for their life and professional realization.

2. AREAS OF ACTIVITY
Improving the quality of life of young people. Prevention of social exclusion of disadvantaged young people. Increasing the civic activity of young people. Development of intercultural and international dialogue between young people. Improving youth work.

3. MAIN OBLIGATIONS
- To be familiar with the specifics of youth work.
- To work on the planning, organization and implementation of activities and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of young people.
- To be able to study the needs of the trainees, as well as to formulate and implement group and individual plans for training and mentoring, to evaluate the results and to plan the final result. To apply techniques and methods of teaching with the help of experiential learning, use of case studies, games, simulations, discussions and other tools for working with learners.
- To work towards increasing civic activity among young people.
- To plan and conduct informal activities aimed at children, youth, parents and teachers.
- To carry out mobile work with representatives of the target group, including external trainings in the region.
- To implement initiatives of social significance for local communities.
- To work for the development of intercultural and international dialogue between young people.
- To be able to plan the necessary human, financial, logistical and informational resources for the implementation of activities.
- To perform in time all set activities.
- To participate in team meetings.
- To observe the professional ethics of the team.
- To know and observe the ethical norms for work.

4. REQUIREMENTS FOR TAKING THE POSITION
- Minimum degree - bachelor;
- Proficiency in English level B1 according to the European Qualifications Framework or equivalent;
- Good mental health, emotional resilience;
- Not to be sentenced to imprisonment with an effective sentence for an intentional crime;
- Not to be deprived by a court of law of the right to practice the profession;
- Not to impose a disciplinary sanction "dismissal";
- Computer literacy.

5. SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework;
- Skills for compiling documents;
- Responsibility, attention, patient and tolerant attitude towards people;
- Non-discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity, sex, race, religion and / or other grounds;
- Skills to work with children, youth and parents, including those at risk;
- Ability to plan, organize and perform their official duties;
- Striving for success and desire to develop their own potential;
- High communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to analyze information, synthesize it and present the results;
- Ability to offer innovative solutions to problems within existing guidelines and procedures.

6. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

7. WORKING HOURS:
The working hours are summed up, according to the schedule of an 8-hour working day.
