What does our inner landscape look like? What is its environment, colors, lights and shadows? What feelings is he saturated with? What is the outline of our inland territory, what season and weather is there now? Who inhabits this territory? What music is playing?
In this workshop we will unlock the potential of our inner creator by opening a portal to creative flow through our hands. We will engage in a meditative connection with ourselves through colors, texture and strokes. Creating space for movement through our hands will silence the mental filter of our inner critic, which often censors and limits our creative impulses.
We will dive deeper into the emotional connection with our inner earth. We will expand our senses to new shades and tones, we will saturate with color the fading parts of ourselves. We will find out what our emotional landscape tells about us.
No prior creative experience of the participants is needed. We will work in a calm, safe and meditative atmosphere, with gentle work instructions and plenty of freedom for experimentation and spontaneity.
