, we held another edition of the “Meet the Business” initiative – this time with a very thematic focus. A group of young people visited Zagreus Winery to learn more about winemaking in Bulgaria and around the world 
, to explore traditions, and to discover what the future may hold for this field. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions that interested them, related to grapes 
, their processing, as well as the skills required for professionals in various positions within the industry.
