After the successful completion of two editions of the training program "Young Economist", Municipal Enterprise "Youth Center Plovdiv" started the registration for a new group of young people who want to lay the foundations of their financial literacy and take care of their "small" and "big" objectives!
Economy? Finance? The market? - how boring, difficult and unpleasant?!
Is that really so? Or is it just the opposite?
We challenge you to answer these questions!
Economic and financial culture are one of the main tools for the successful development and realization of every young person!
If you think that this is a complex and almost inaccessible system, then come and see the opposite!
If you think this is something very distant from you, then come and we will prove to you how interesting it really is and how you encounter it every day!
If you want:
• to acquire invaluable skills in an extremely interesting and innovative way;
• to learn to make optimal and informed choices;
• to control in the most efficient way your income and to distribute your savings rationally;
• to know in what it is most profitable to invest your funds or just to know the essence of the economic concepts and processes that you hear in space,
THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
The training program "Young Economist" starts for all young people aged 15-29 from the city of Plovdiv and the region!
The meetings of the program will be held regularly and will cover a wide range of topics, issues and develop knowledge on:
• basic economic concepts and personal finance management and planning;
• features and "traps" when taking a loan;
• specific products in which to invest our funds;
• saving as a necessary condition for increasing our wealth;
• formation of ability to make rational and working decisions.
All this will be presented in an easy, interesting and accessible way by using interactive non-formal educational methodology, games, role plays, etc.!
Together we will try to reach solutions to current problems affecting us as individual consumers and the economy as a whole!
We will apply all this in solving real cases related to our everyday life!
Participation in the training course is completely free!
The program includes classes in the period October 2021 - January 2022. The activity will be in accordance with the anti-epidemic measures in the country.

First lesson - on 24.10.2021 (Sunday) from 10:00 to 12:00.
Place - ONLINE in the Zoom platform
Total number of meetings for the flow - 6 (within the period October 2021 - January 2022)
Participants - young people aged 15-29 from the city of Plovdiv and the region
