On May 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM, we invite you to the ME "Youth Center Plovdiv" to immerse yourself in a different experience - a meeting with yourself through emotions.
"Emotional Reformer" is not just an event.
This is a program for awareness, movement and internal transformation.
✨ The event is organized jointly with I-dea Center - a center for social and emotional learning and a center for mediation I see you
🎤 Guest speakers:
— Snezhana Pavlova - international expert in emotional intelligence
— Katya Elenina - certified mediator
✨ Within the framework of the seminar, we will go through three related modules that will lead you from understanding to experience:
🧠 Module 1: Emotions and Awareness
We will look at how emotions arise, what they tell us and how to recognize them beyond automatic reactions.
⚖️ Module 2: Conflict Transformation and Mediation
We will explore internal and external conflicts and how we can turn them into a resource for growth, instead of a source of tension. We will practice mediation - a peacemaking method for resolving difficult situations.
🤸‍♀️ Module 3: Practice through movement
Through movement exercises, we will release accumulated tension and give the body space to "speak" when words are not enough.
Special guest: yoga instructor from Venezuela
🌿 This is an invitation to balance the pace,
to listen to yourself
and create a new attitude towards your inner world.
There are no right and wrong ways to feel here - there is space to be.
