And this week's session of the group "Creative Studio for Personal Development" provoked young people to look for what is hidden in the mind, thoughts, feelings. The path to self-knowledge this time passed through the topic of emotions. Participants tried to look at what they look like, what is their shape, color, symbol and meaning, what is their relationship with the world around them, loved ones, past and present. They presented all this in a mandala, in which they positioned what is the influence of the identified emotion in their everyday life and what part of it occupies.
The activity is implemented as part of the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups".
