🎯 The training for interns and volunteers at the Plovdiv Youth Center was put to an end. They entered the topic of the stages and features of organizing and planning an event, directly related to the activities of youth workers and mediators.
🔎They were familiar with the criteria for organizing a quality educational activity and process compiled by the Council of Europe. Within the framework of the meeting, the young people created a form for informal activity on upcoming events in the Center - a youth festival in the region and a youth forum. The changing circumstances along the organization of the events and the problems that arose, interpreted in a simulation, prepared the participants for the real situations and case studies in the process of organizing events and gave them an opportunity for ideas.
🤝The main partnerships of the Youth Center with other organizations and institutions were also presented, being located at the different levels of work - regional, national and international.
🔜The training ended with a presentation of the upcoming activities and distribution of the youth to individual groups of events with specific ideas for inclusion, responsibilities and participation. The feedback focused on the effectiveness and evaluation of the overall training process to date.
