"Finance for every home"

In recent weeks, participants in the Finance for Every Home training program have been venturing into the wilds of financial literacy.
They completed module 2 "Me and the world around me", immersing themselves in the meaning and role of individual economic and social processes in the surrounding environment. They worked on different types of analysis tools to describe the factors affecting them as economic entities. They weighed the various economic phenomena and variables and looked for the dependencies and connections between them. They outlined the main lines along which to track what is happening in the "world around them", in order to balance and monitor the relevance of changes in it and the personal goals set in their personal financial plan.
A meeting from module 3 "Money in my life" was also held in September. Emphasis was placed on the nature, origin and functions of money, developing over time. The participants were part of a role-playing game, with which they tracked not only their creativity and trading skills, but also the different forms of money - salt, gold coins, banknotes, etc. Within the month, they reflected all their individual expenses in a report, through which they entered the topic of building and managing a personal budget. The types of costs were introduced and specific examples of them were indicated.
The next meeting of the training program "Finance for every home" will be held on Tuesday, September 17, at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Youth Center and will continue the topic of using funds and tools for effective personal budget management, the main part of the personal financial plan.
