🏞️ In the last summer days, we held an informal activity in the village of Akhmatovo. The young people got acquainted with the activities of the OP "Youth Center Plovdiv", after which we moved on to the topic to which our meeting was dedicated - "Emotional intelligence". In the form of a discussion, we looked at the seven basic emotions in people and each participant shared examples of times when they felt the given emotions. In a creative process with each of the young people, we paid special attention to joy and anger as two counterpoints that accompany us in everyday life. After closing the topic and receiving feedback, we discussed options for further joint activities and future meetings in the village of Akhmatovo or at the Youth Center.
