For the participants, dance proved to be much more than just steps to the sound of music. In an open discussion, they shared what it means to them: from freedom and self-expression to a way of finding one's inner balance.
The challenge unfolded as the young people had to "tell" stories through body language without using words.
Throughout the creative process, the youth demonstrated and developed essential skills such as teamwork, creativity, adaptability and leadership.
During the activity, we discussed that dance is a powerful tool through which young people learn to support one another, create together and speak boldly about the world they want to live in.
