In the period 17-21 October the team of the Municipal Enterprise Youth Centre Plovdiv together with 10 young people visited the Youth Centre in Brežice, Slovenia - Mladinski center Brežice. The main goals of the exchange were to build long-term cooperation between the two centers and implement joint projects and activities.
During the visit, we participated in meetings with local government representatives responsible for the development and implementation of youth policies in the city. We also exchanged good practices and ideas in the field of non-formal education and youth work. Participants increased their knowledge and skills in the topics of human rights, volunteering, creative thinking and teamwork.
The Youth Exchange in Brezice Slovenia is realized as part of the project "Youth Centre Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups, financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
