The event "How to make online trainings engaging and inspiring?" Took place on February 6-7. It was aimed at teachers, social workers, pedagogical advisers and people whose work requires them to pass on their knowledge through monitor screens.
The trainer Genika Baicheva presented useful methods and strategies for more successful work in an online environment, the platforms that the participants could use and useful tips to help them in the difficult task they face. Together they searched answers to the following questions: how to stay connected to the group and inspire participants to engage with the content, how to avoid passivity and fatigue from online meetings, how to present activities that are designed for live contact in an online environment, how to get comprehensive feedback and more.
The training is implemented as part of the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Improved Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups".
