Kafka's "The Metamorphosis" raised many questions for reflection this past Saturday. What fears do we not want to face? How would we react if we woke up different? How would we react if the person next to us woke up different? And which metamorphosis is Kafka talking about - Gregor's or his family's? Is metamorphosis an escape from reality, a means of survival or a way of life? All these questions and many others were the subject of discussion during the meeting at the "Calliope" literary club, which took place on November 9 at the "Youth Center Plovdiv". Once again, the topic was chosen by the young people themselves. Again, at their request, on November 23, we will talk about "The Little Prince" - the great book by the flying Exupéry.
