Meeting of the student councils at the ME "Youth Center Plovdiv"

On November 27, the first event of its kind was held at the ME "Youth Center Plovdiv", which united student councils from all schools in the city of Plovdiv. The organizers were the active and alert young leaders - Atanas Latev, Anton Slavov and Ivo Yovchev, who provided a platform for the exchange of ideas, experience and initiatives among students and encouraged their active participation in public processes and management of local schools.
The meeting began with an opening by the organizers, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of student self-government. This was followed by an introductory activity in groups, where each participant shared more about their role in the school they came from. A presentation was also presented on where Plovdiv is located on the map of student activity and what opportunities the idea of ​​forming a student parliament holds.
The next activity was related to the mission and goal setting of the PUP. The participants worked in groups and reflected on various current topics.
Representatives from the Sofia Student Council also participated in the event. They talked about the creation of their council, shared the challenges they faced on the way to building the structure, and motivated the students to work actively in this direction.
Finally, everyone united around the idea of ​​creating a strong and cohesive structure that would support young people in their development, youth participation, and inclusion in the processes of the settlement.
