Meeting of the Youth Literary Club "Calliope" - "The Stranger"

📖 On the first Saturday of April, the youth literary club “Calliope” delved into the world of Albert Camus, exploring his iconic novel The Stranger. The meeting unfolded in a spirit of philosophical reflection, existential inquiry, and a search for meaning behind the apparent indifference of the main character.
🧠 Participants discussed Camus’ life and work, as well as the novel’s place within the context of absurdism. The conversation shifted from literary analysis to personal interpretation — what does it mean to be a “stranger” in one’s own life and society?
🎵 The discussion didn’t end with words alone — inspired by the novel’s atmosphere, the group created a themed Spotify playlist featuring songs that capture the moods and contradictions of the text. In this way, music became another channel for expressing their impressions of the book.
