During the April edition of Meetings with Business a group of schoolchildren and students visited the company Biopharma Laboratories, a manufacturer of cosmetic products. The process of creating a product was presented, from the moment the idea arose, through market research, to its creation and advertising. Good practices and strategies were shared in the process of supplying basic materials, finding company customers and effective communication with them.
The participants visited the production workshop and laboratories. Along with that, in groups, they worked on a real case study related to the conclusion of a deal for the sale of a product entering the market. Everyone on the team had a role: technologist, marketer or manager. Case solutions were presented to the company manager.
At the end of the meeting, everyone had the opportunity to conduct an interview for real job positions in the company, as well as to receive information about upcoming internship programs.
