🗓 On November 23, young people aged 15-29 from the Municipal Enterprise "Youth Center Plovdiv" visited the KCM as part of the "Meetings with Business" series.
During the visit, the young people learned a lot about the activities and socially responsible policies of the Holding, as well as about career and internship opportunities in the company.
✅️ The youth had the opportunity to see the first lead block cast 9 years ago in the New Lead Plant, to learn about the continuous monitoring process carried out by the operators of the "Wastewater Treatment Plant" and to see the finished zinc production intended for shipment.
🏭 Nikola Katev, technological engineer in the Directorate "Technological Integration of KCM AD", introduced young people to the advantage of KCM from the construction and management of three plants on one site - a valuable advantage compared to the practice in the countries of Western Europe and around the world, where individual plants are separated by hundreds of kilometers from each other.
