Music unites us

What can you learn about a person just from the music they listen to? 🎧
Music is so much more than genres and playlists. Sometimes it’s a way to show who we are, sometimes it’s a memory, sometimes it’s our place within a community, and sometimes it’s simply that one song that makes everything feel better at 2 a.m. 🎶
But why do we so easily start judging people because of the music they listen to?
On October 14th at 6:00 PM, we invite you to the interactive activity “Music Unites Us” at Youth Center – Plovdiv.
We’ll talk, listen, debate, put ourselves in someone else’s shoes, and explore just how easily we can fall into the trap of stereotypes. There will be different music genres, unexpected perspectives, interactive challenges, and plenty of moments to make us stop and think:
“Wait… maybe things aren’t exactly what they seem.” 🤔
And no — we’re not going to try to convince you to like music you don’t like. 😄
Because tolerance doesn’t mean listening to the same playlist.
It means being able to be different, to listen to each other, and to respect one another.
🎵 Music unites us. But can we discover what connects us beyond it? 🎵
