This week, the team at the Youth Center Plovdiv, with inspiration and dedication, launched a series of informal educational activities for the 8th and 10th grades at the "Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov" Professional High School of Mechanical Engineering. The goal of these meetings is to provide young people with valuable skills and knowledge that will help them both in the school environment and in life. The topics covered include "Behavioral Models in Conflict Situations," "Teamwork Skills and Effective Communication," "Assertively Defending a Point of View and Position," and "Dealing with Aggression." Everything was presented through the methods of informal education, which include interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises aimed at active participation and personal development. This innovative form of learning stimulates critical thinking, empathy, and problem-solving skills, while also making the process fun and engaging.
