On March 1 and 2 municipal enterprise "Youth Centre Plovdiv" hosted a meeting between representatives of National network of youth centres from Plovdiv, Vratsa, Stara Zagora and Dobrich, as well as our partners from the Foundation "Applied Research and Communications" and the Norwegian organization Norsensus Mediaforum. During the meeting was presented the working version of our common project - the manual on Digital Media Literacy "Young people (interact)". The main part of the program was the training of the teams of the youth centers on each of the topics included in it. That was realized through the methods of non-formal education and simulation. The manual is to be finalized and published - both in paper and in digital version. The handbook will be useful in the work of youth workers, teachers and all who are interested in the topics covered in it. The aim of the program "Young (interact)" is to go through the training modules of the program,so that participants can look at the world around them through the prism of art, emotions, stereotypes and prejudices in society, volunteering, ecology and entrepreneurship. With this experience, they will develop an attitude of teamwork, search for like-minded people and resolve conflicts and many more skills in Digital Media environment. The activity is carried out under the project "Youth Centre Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the „Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups” programme.
