On June 19 this year part of the team of Municipal Enterprise "Youth Center Plovdiv" took part in the event "Celebration of talents" in Stolipinovo district in the city of Plovdiv.
The initiative is organized for and together with residents of the neighborhood who belong to different age, ethnic and religious groups. The mediators of the Center presented a workshop related to the virtues in the hearts of both young and grown children.
Short animated videos related to the main virtues were projected. Participants had the opportunity to make small gifts with messages to give to their loved ones. The program of the day also included activities such as: architectural workshop, carpentry, cooking, dancing and more.
The event was jointly organized together with “Architectural workshop for children”, “ATD fourth world - together for decent living” and Association “Open Spaces”
The activity was held as part of the project "Youth Centre Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development." under the programme “Local development, poverty reduction and enhanced inclusion of vulnerable groups” funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
