Second edition of How to turn an idea into a youth project

In the period August 24-26, this year's second edition of the training "How to turn an idea into a youth project?" took place. Creative and energetic young people from Plovdiv and the region went through a series of activities tracking every stage in the realization of an idea and the various techniques and tools for turning it into a youth project. The participants started with the topic of entrepreneurship and linking the concepts of "business" and "idea", they outlined the main prerequisites for sustainability and success and identified community problems, a starting point for generating ideas and projects.

The second day of the training was devoted to clarifying the essence and elements of the business plan and business model, as well as the use of various tools for analyzing the environment, users, competition, etc.

The final steps were aimed at presenting the essence and main goals of the competition for youth initiatives. The young people had the opportunity to practically implement the knowledge and skills they had acquired, together with their ideas. Stay tuned for what they have prepared for you!
