On 04.07 in Sofia, the education team and Velichka Lazarova - Director of the OP "Youth Center Plovdiv" took part in a meeting to exchange experiences with colleagues from the country, dedicated to the UNICEF "Upshift" innovation camp we held in the period 28–30.03.2025.
During the meeting, key elements for implementing such an activity were discussed - from planning and preliminary preparation, through the concept and challenges, to useful tips, subtleties, details and good practices.
The exchange of ideas, experience and guidelines was not just professional - it was an act of continuity between teams that believe in the power of education and youth work.
We sincerely thank the UNICEF Bulgaria team for the opportunity to host the UPSHIFT innovation camp and for their consistent support for the development of youth potential. We also thank the Junior Achievement Bulgaria team for organizing this inspiring experience exchange meeting, which gave us the opportunity to build understanding, continuity and share good practices in support of future joint initiatives.
