On October 10 (Thursday), a meeting will be held, part of the "New Skills" training program, dedicated to the topics of law, democracy and the rule of law. During the event, all participants will be introduced to the basic rights enshrined in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, their understanding and application in everyday life, the meaning and importance of being civically engaged.
Our guests will also be the Bulgarian Institute for Legal Initiatives. Together with them, we will clarify basic concepts such as democracy, rule of law.
They will present us with all three short animated films:
· What is rule of law?
· Why parties?
· Anti-corruption rap.
Their titles alone hint at the importance of the topics. Through the humor invested in them, a conversation with young people will be provoked about how important it is to be and continue to be socially engaged.
After the screening, there will be a discussion between the participants and the creators of the films.
