The trainer Genika Baicheva shared her rich experience of working with communities to the educational team of OP "Youth Center Plovdiv". Some of the topics during the three-day training were the key principles of working with communities, the stereotypes we live with, what is "human-oriented design", how to use our creative potential at work and others. This happened with the help of role-playing games, sharing a personal example of successful initiatives, presentations and discussions on the topic.
The training is part of the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development."
