On November 7th, in the “Dunav” hall, some of the young people from the “Skills of the New Age” Training Program went through the topic of “Teamwork”.
The exercises they did to improve their collective work were related to making coordinated group decisions and implementing a common strategy.
The main activity was challenging and related to a simulation that took the participants into the world of good communication.
In the final part, everyone had the opportunity to evaluate their participation in a group and share what else they want to build on in familiar and unfamiliar groups with which they will work in the future.
The activities are implemented every Thursday at 5:00 PM, and participation is completely free.
