The training sessions on the topic of "Career Orientation" at Sofroniy Vrachanski Secondary School continued through the month of January, providing students with valuable practical skills for their future professional development.
As part of the activities, participants actively worked on creating their own resumes, familiarizing themselves with the fundamental principles and best practices for presenting their personal skills, education, and experience. The students were divided into two groups—candidates and interviewers—and were placed in realistic job application scenarios.
During the simulation, the candidates prepared documents for various positions in fictional companies, each with specific requirements and expectations. The interviewers, on the other hand, practiced their skills in asking questions, evaluating candidates, and making decisions. This interactive simulation helped them understand both the employer's perspective and the challenges faced by a job applicant. Such activities not only prepare students for their future career challenges but also give them the confidence to successfully handle real-life situations.
