🧩 On July 11, a training meeting was held within the framework of the long-term program for interns and volunteers at the OP "Youth Center Plovdiv".
👥The activity was tied to the definitions and essence of youth work, non-formal education and applied methods and approaches when implementing training activities. The participants were also familiarized with the main strategic documents defining the priorities, goals and tasks of the implemented educational programs and projects at the Center.
⭐During the sessions, some of the very extensive topics that the Council of Europe deals with and develops were discussed. Interns and volunteers, together with part of the team of OP "Youth Center Plovdiv" brought forward proposals for updating and supplementing the relevant strategies. The methods they used to present their proposals included group work and simulation challenges.
🔜The following trainings will take place at the Youth Center of:
- 16.07 from 10:00 a.m. on the topic "Skills of the youth worker and mediator";
- 18.07 from 14:30 on the topic "Organization of events and educational activities"';
- 23.07 from 10:00 a.m. on the topic "My role as an intern and volunteer at the Plovdiv Youth Center".
