🔎The volunteers and interns of the Plovdiv Youth Center entered the world of youth worker and mediator skills. They turned to their inner selves and explored their dreams, aspirations, what they are good at and what they love. They found similar to those of the others.
🚩The participants continued with an auction and bidding with the strengths in work cases set by the trainers. They shared where their contribution to their strongest attributes would be greatest.
✈️In the next session they visited the countries of the skills they want to develop and upgrade through their role in the Youth Center. This is how they built the superpowers of the youth worker and mediator and the functions they have.
🎭They then went through a series of exercises and role-plays where they put their teamwork, leadership, creativity, critical thinking, confidence and communication skills into practice.
