💰The training programs for financial literacy at the Youth Center Plovdiv have been held for almost 4 years now with upgrading modules, different groups and ages. The accumulated experience in conducting activities in this field provoked interest among colleagues and volunteers from other youth centers. In this regard, at the invitation of the International Youth Center - Pernik/International Youth Center Pernik, part of the Plovdiv Youth Center team, conducted training for trainers. Colleagues and volunteers from the youth centers in Vratsa, Kyustendil and Montana participated in it.
🔎In a two-day period, the methodology and thematic framework of the financial literacy training program, which is still being held at the Plovdiv Youth Center "Finance for Every Home", was presented. I went through the modules on: "The world through the eyes of economics and finance", "Me and the world around me", "Money in my life", "Building my firewall", "Help from a friend" and "Finance in my home'.
✨The final part of the training was related to the reflection of the participants, in which they shared what they would take from the experience and how they would apply it in their work and in their settlements in front of the young people.
