👥 "Human rights" and "Youth civic participation through the prism of art" were the next two topics that young people from the city of Hisar went through as part of the training program for trainers, conducted by the team of OP "Youth Center Plovdiv".
🗨️The meeting went into discussion of cases related to people's rights and responsibilities, as well as the forms of their protection and advocacy. The group focuses on the work of artists such as Banksy, Kevin Carter, The Beatles and the band Rab, which has a strong socio-political message and impact on the public. The youth were inspired and motivated to use art as a means of expressing their social views and rights.
✨The final element was set with the theme of "Informal education" as a method for creating and conducting youth activities and initiatives. The basic principles of non-formal education were presented and their role and importance were commented on.
🔎Similarities and differences with the formal education system were sought and their benefits and challenges were revealed. The planning of a specific educational activity was a subsequent step, considering also a form of informal activity together with its elements. The training ended with evaluation and feedback for the entire training period.
