🧩Municipal enterprise "Youth Center Plovdiv" launched training for trainers in the city of Hisarya. The youth are responsible for the Summer Academy for the children of Hisarya, in which they conduct educational activities for children and youth from the city. The Center's team will present a program with topics selected by the youth and their leaders.
💡The first training meeting was related to getting to know and studying the expectations of the participants. The youth were challenged to participate in various exercises supporting their teamwork and the distribution of their responsibilities according to their superpowers.
