➡️The training for trainers continues in the city of Hisarya, which the team of ME "Youth Center Plovdiv" leads to the young people organizing the Summer Academy for the children of the city.
🎯In the second training meeting, the participants chose to embark on two significantly important topics - "Presentation Skills" and "Leadership". Participants were able to go through the various steps, exercises and techniques to become familiar with 'presenting'. Together they dealt with the distinction between "leader" and "boss", then through drawing, guidance and the different roles they entered, they got to know the essence and qualities of a good leader. Everyone had the opportunity to assess in which of the two positions they feel more secure and confident - that of the manager or the managed. The group reached all these conclusions by facing challenges together and successfully improving their teamwork.
