On October 24, another fascinating and enriching meeting of the training program "Skills of the New Age" was held. The participants had the opportunity to upgrade their presentation skills. In the discussion, they received useful tips for managing stress before presenting and speaking in front of an audience, improvisation, public speaking skills and effective breathing exercises.
