In 2021, the manual "Young people (re) act" was created as a result of the joint work of the National Network of Youth Centers in Bulgaria in partnership with the Foundation" Applied Research and Communications "and the Norwegian organization" Norsseus Mediaphorum ".
The guide was tested within a series of training of young people, including during an international exchange held in September 2022 in Plovdiv with guests from Norway. In this way, we also identified other needs of young people and were provoked to plan the expansion of the range of training modules. Thus, the idea of developing an upgrading program emerged, which includes topics and skills to improve the social environment.
In the preparation of this guide to the representatives of the teams of the Youth Centers in Vratsa, Dobrich, Plovdiv and Stara Zagora, colleagues from the newly created ones from Burgas and Pernik joined.
The activity is being implemented as part of the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the Local Development Program, Reduction of Poverty and Improved inclusion of vulnerable groups, funded by the financial mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014 - 2021.
