Last Saturday, the next module of the training "Youth in action 2" took place, led by the team of OP "Youth Center Plovdiv".
In the first part, the young people worked on their own views and the way they see and react to the world around them, overcoming some of their prejudices and generally imposed stereotypes.
The next step introduced them to the role of the mediator and his work with the different ethnic groups, as a result of which participants acquired skills and attitudes necessary for the interaction between their representatives.
The second part was entirely devoted to the fourth module of the handbook, which concerns the creation of media content. In addition to the activities provided for in the training, the young people had the opportunity to meet Prof. Lyubomir Karadjov, who, based on his long experience as a TV presenter and journalist, revealed to them some subtleties of the "craft" in the creation of media products, as well as planning and implementation of media campaigns. The meeting turned into an interesting discussion between the guest speaker and the participants and left the feeling of an unspoken agreement for future continuation.
