Training program "Youth (re)act 2" - 16.03.2024

🔙 Over the past weekend, the last module of the training program "Youth in action 2" took place, the topics of which were presented by the team of OP "Youth Center Plovdiv".
🔎 In the first session of the "Career Orientation" module, the young people understood "What is a CV?", discovering and highlighting its main parts together and sharing their experience in compiling a CV. The next step was to put them in a semi-real situation where the youth, divided into teams, applied what they had learned by creating a potential CV themselves.
🔎 The second topic, which was "The two sides of the interview", provoked the participants who took the positions of employers and candidate workers to actually experience the process of passing an interview. This practical part helped the youth to be aware of their behavior and vision when appearing for a job interview.
🔎 The last topic was dedicated to "Personal and career profile", which challenged young people to think about their abilities and skills that will serve them in the direction in which they choose to develop. Everyone has created their own personal profile and vision of the world, themselves and the environment in which they find themselves and/or wish to find themselves.
🎯 The activity is implemented under the project "Youth Center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local development, poverty reduction and improved inclusion of vulnerable groups", financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
