🔙Youth Forum "Truth or Dare: Youth Inclusion" was once again an amazing experience for both participants and trainers.
🔎The event opened with an introduction activity, in which the participants talked about themselves and their expectations from the forum. The participants actively participated in the World Cafe on the topic "Do we know what the needs and wants of young people are today?". In this process, the young people discussed in small groups what needs and wants they have, which topics are relevant to them, in what format and duration they would like to be presented to them. The collected information will be extremely important for the upcoming activities and events of the Youth Center Plovdiv.
📲The continuation of the program was in the hands of activists Iliyan Iliev and Stoyan Lambov, who presented their youth initiative "The Dark Side of Social Networks". Through personal example, the students gave voice to a revolutionary idea for the modern world that would improve the lives of adolescents in many aspects. They influenced young people's perception of social networks, their daily habits and pushed them to strive for self-improvement.
🎯The closing trainer of this forum was Andrey Iliev - co-founder and executive director of Leader Academy. He has been involved in social entrepreneurship and youth work for 15 years. Andrei gave each of the participants the opportunity to go through two personality tests. One of them was the Big Five Multifactorial Personality Test, which is used to comprehensively assess personality. The test provided results for the Big Five personality factors - Extraversion, Negative Emotionality, Conscientiousness, Intellectual Potential, and Agreeableness. The factors and characteristic behaviors for each profile were explored in depth, and various future opportunities for youth were suggested.
💡The finale of the event was dedicated to feedback, which has always been fundamental to non-formal education and youth work.
