In the training program "Skills of the New Age" this week we will pay attention to what leadership is. Through the methods of informal education we will understand what the role of a leader is in a team, what are the characteristics of a leader, boss, mentor and coach, as well as what are the differences between them. Finally, we will go through a simulation activity to enter the roles of each of them.
