Before the Christmas holidays, students from Kuklen Municipality, accompanied by their teachers, visited us again. The purpose of the visit was related to the presentation of the new educational manual "Youth (re)act 2".
The students from PGSS and SU "Otets Paisiy" embarked on the challenge of youth work and non-formal education and met the world canoeing champion Staniliya Stamenova, who is part of the Kuklen Municipality team. They got acquainted with the Museum of Sports and the "Alley of Olympic Fame" at the Rowing Base. Stanilia Stamenova held a motivational meeting for them, and later got involved in the educational activities prepared by the Center's team.
The center team prepared educational activities related to teamwork and leadership skills. The young people embarked on the process and acquired new knowledge and skills that will be useful and applicable to them in the future.
The activity is implemented under the project "Youth center Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local development, poverty reduction and improved inclusion of vulnerable groups", financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
