On February 13th, the clubs at OP Youth Center Plovdiv celebrated Valentine’s Day by showcasing their love for their favorite activities. Each club presented themed activities to the other clubs and new participants.
We dived into the world of anime with a Japanese myth about soulmates, after which participants were challenged to create a love story using random Japanese words.
The Literature Club presented a ranking of the top five most romantic books in an interactive way. Participants faced the tricky but fun task of blindly filling in missing moments from an ancient Greek love story. They selected words at random and crafted amazing tales—some of which turned out quite humorous! This was followed by lively debates that sparked reflections on the influence of literature on our perception of the world and love.
The evening concluded with the Board Game Club, which brought a competitive element to the program with a special Valentine’s edition of the game Family Wars.
The center’s team sincerely thanks the clubs for their dedication to their passions and will continue to support them every step of the way.
