Are you ready to talk openly about mental health?
The youth forum “Truth or Dare: More Than ‘I’m Fine’” brings together active, curious and inspired young people from across Bulgaria to focus on one of the most important topics of our time – mental health and self-care.
Over three days, we will create a space for sharing, open conversations and new perspectives. Through non-formal learning methods, discussions and creative activities, we will explore topics such as emotional well-being, coping with stress, recognising our own needs and building healthy relationships.
Together, we will seek answers to important questions, challenge stereotypes and discover the small but meaningful steps we can take to be kinder to ourselves and others.
The training sessions will be led by the Centre’s educational team and guest speakers, who will share their knowledge, practical experience and useful tools to help us better understand ourselves and the world around us.
We believe that taking care of your mental health is not a weakness, but an act of courage. And sometimes, the most important challenge is to listen to yourself.
Accommodation and meals will be provided for participants travelling from other towns and cities.
