We held our ninth Truth or Dare Youth Forum. The theme of this edition of the event was related to art and mental health, and the motto was Untangle the ball with art.
And this time participants took part not only from the city of Plovdiv, but also from all over the country. The program kicks off with the "create a work of art" challenge. We saw how each group of youth interprets the assignment differently and that we cannot precisely define art nor "frame" it. We continued with Genika Baicheva - trainer "Creative methods and techniques of training", whose session was related to mental health and activity on the topics that excite young people for their good mental state. We have sparked the creativity in us, experiencing different forms of art in a non-standard way.
On the last day, the participants had to combine audio-visual digital work and mental health. Unleashing their creative thinking, each group created their own plan for a campaign promoting mental well-being through various art forms.
The youth forum is realized as part of the project "Youth Centre Plovdiv - a powerful factor for local development" under the program "Local Development, Poverty Reduction and Enhanced Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups, financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021.
